1. Main purpose of the job
● To retain, upsell, and/or cross-sell Beer52 products to subscribers
2. Responsibilities and duties
● Answer inbound retention calls: Maintain positive customer relationships, provide customer
resolution/ education and negotiate using retention offers
● Retain customers in compliance with Beer52 guidelines and protocols
● Attend 1:1, meetings, huddles, & trainings
● Attend cross-trainings and upskilling
