Responsibilities:
- Daily general administration duties, including processing client correspondence and all-around office support
- Use of Valutre (CRM): Handling client/property database management.
- Update and maintain client, property, and sales databases.
- Draft and send bulk or individual emails to databases
- Manage communication, including emails and phone calls
- Assist customers or clients with the resolution of their enquiries
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate space
- CRM, Data Entry, and Lead Generation, any other admin and virtual assistant-related tasks as required
Requirements:
- Degree in Administration, Business Management, or related courses
- Experienced in Valutre or similar: Real Estate CRM is a plus
- 2 or more years of experience in an Administrative role
- Basic understanding of real estate processes (appraisals, open homes, vendor management).
- Ability to adapt to new tools and software, a high level of proficiency in MS Office, and Google apps
- Familiarity with scheduling tools, email automation, and calendar management.
- Extensive organization and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills. communication skills, both verbal and written
