DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensures orderliness, cleanliness and security of inventory; making sure that only authorized personnel gain access in the storage areas.
2. Arranges in proper location newly delivered spare parts and records on bin cards to ensure efficiency and control.
3. Maintains the storage area and ensures condition conforms to the storage requirements that prevent damage of the items.
4. Ensures proper documentation and authorization of all stock movements.
5. Records incoming & outgoing parts in the bin cards as well as in the inventory cards for stock control.
JOB SPECIFIATIONS
1. Graduate of any four-year course.
2. Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
3. Knowledgeable in the use of MS Office applications (Word & Excel) & Internet.
4. Possesses a valid non-professional driver's license.
