JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure that daily, monthly and annual targets are met in terms of : Parts sales and Parts sales per RO.
- Regularly reviews parts inventory to ensure minimum stocking level at any given time and avoid significant percentage of obsolescence over total inventory.
- Ensures that ordering of parts needed has appropriate lead time, re-ordering point and within the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity).
- Ensures regular recording and updating of Bincards and other inventory documents.
- Ensures proper control and documentation of all issue and received parts, accessories, motor oil, etc.
- Ensures proper scheduling and reconciliation of parts inventory.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four year course.
- Has gained at least 5 years solid work experience in the company’s business/industry, and possesses a strong/keen business sense.
- Have excellent organization, planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable in the use of office based applications, internet, web browsing and on-line services.
