Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the parts departments office administration
- Verifying and recording of all transactions related to parts operations
- Records, monitors and prepares reports of parts sales
- Reports and coordinates with parts supervisor by the requisition of inventory tools, equipment's, materials, and other related supplies necessary for the operation of the department
- Consults with admin/purchasing section regarding specification of certain supplies and ensures that the items requested are received on time
- Ensures proper documentation and filling of all necessary receipts
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- With knowledge/familiarity with automotive parts & accessories, electrical accessories
- Computer literate
- Organized and have attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
- Can start immediately
