We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Pastry Chef to join our team at Open Space Café & Bar. If you have a passion for baking and dessert creation, and you're excited to work in a peaceful, nature-filled environment — we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, cakes, and desserts from scratch.
- Design seasonal and special menus in coordination with the Head Chef.
- Monitor inventory and ensure proper storage of baking ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in the pastry section.
- Ensure high-quality presentation and consistency of all pastry items.
- Stay updated with modern pastry trends and techniques.
- Follow food safety standards and kitchen protocols at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role in a café, restaurant, or bakery.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
