Brief Description and Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient inquiries through phone, email, or chat quickly and accurately.
- Understand and assess patient needs and clearly explain services and features that match their concerns.
- Monitor social media for patient complaints and reach out to offer help or solutions.
- Book and manage patient appointments.
- Follow up on scheduled appointments to confirm or reschedule as needed.
- Assist HMO patients with getting approvals and scheduling their visits.
- Handle patient complaints professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Discuss and negotiate prices, payment terms, and service conditions with patients when needed.
- Offer and explain clinic services or packages in a friendly and informative way.
- Build good relationships with patients to ensure satisfaction and encourage them to return.
- Suggest suitable treatments or services based on the patient’s needs and preferences.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of 4 years course (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
- Willing to work Shifting Schedule
- For work from home duty (No internet allowance)
- Willing to work at Unit G04 San Jose Building, Sto. Domingo Sta. Rosa Laguna besides AUB
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php15,500.00 per month
