- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
- Timely and accurate payroll computation
- Ensures timely deduction of employees, loan and advances, preparation of various reports related to labor cost
- Ensures compliance with BIR requirement related to withholding tax on compensation
- Accurate computation of bonuses, incentives and last pay
- Performs other related task that may be assigned by his/her superior from time to time
