Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
- Ensure accuracy in timekeeping, compensation, and statutory deductions.
- Maintain and update payroll records in a secure and confidential manner.
- Collaborate with HR and Accounting for smooth coordination of employee movements and benefits.
- Prepare payroll reports and support documentation for audits and management use.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and relevant labor and tax regulations.
