Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing
- Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Process payments through direct deposit or checks.
- Maintain payroll records.
- Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure adherence to tax laws and employment regulations.
- Prepare and submit tax reports (PAYG, superannuation, etc.).
- Generate payroll reports for internal use or audits.
- Employee Support
- Respond to payroll-related queries.
- Explain deductions, leave balances, and pay slips.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding payroll details.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records.
- Update payroll system with employee changes (promotions, terminations, etc.).
Skills and Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of payroll software and accounting principles
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
