Job description
1. Performs job functions consistent with the corporate vison and mission
statements and the core values of the company.
2. Received units delivery from the distributor.
3. Open a repair order and closed repair order.
4. Advise the PDI Head of diagnosis, needed repairs and cost estimate.
5. Also notify PDI Head if repair will require amount of time.
6. Establish and maintain effective working relationship with other
dealership personnel.
7. Prepare requisition and order for needed for repairs
8. Drafts, encodes/types correspondence and other assigned documents
and materials.
9. Receives and records incoming communications, dispatches out
going communication.
10. Places and answer telephone calls, facsimile, electronic mail,
messages, relays written communication or messages receive on
telephone to persons concerned.
11. Maintain office supplies and consumable materials, prepares
requisition form, for the replenishment of such.
12. Keeps updated policies and procedures manuals, department
guidelines, administrative issuance of as references for the staff of
the Department.
13. Performs any other duties assigned by the PDI Head.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php540.00 per day
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
