Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or People Solutions
- At least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and regulatory compliance aligned with US federal, State, and Local labor laws
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP, Jobvite, or similar systems, including user support and data management
- Demonstrated experience in supervising or mentoring a team, including performance monitoring, delegation, and training
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity, especially in handling employee records and system audits
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, night-shift environment
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the People Solutions team, ensuring consistent delivery of HR services and timely resolution of employee concerns
- Set clear KPIs and goals, provide coaching and feedback, and support professional development of direct reports
- Escalate team issues or capacity constraints as needed to leadership for resolution
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all inquiries are addressed within a 24–48-hour turnaround
- Build strong working relationships with Operations, Legal, Compliance, Benefits, Payroll, and other cross-functional teams
- Review, audit, and validate employee data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and alignment with company policies and US labor regulations
- Oversee documentation practices and ensure proper policy application in employee records and transactions
- Investigate data errors and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments
- Provide guidance and support on HR systems (e.g., ADP, Jobvite), including onboarding processes, password resets, permissions, and system access
- Monitor system usage, data flows, and support issue resolution or escalation for technical concerns
- Ensure system configurations and settings are accurate and meet operational needs
- Oversee the generation and delivery of HR reports and dashboards; ensure data is presented accurately to stakeholders
- Collaborate with leadership on initiatives to improve systems, processes, and employee experience within the People Solutions function
- Contribute to HR-related projects, including process improvements and compliance enhancements
