This role delivers a variety of HR support functions, such as administrative tasks, data entry, reporting, documentation, and HRIS management. The position ensures consistent and high-quality HR service delivery for assigned teams and departments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience working in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or in another HR-related role.
- With experience working in a US-based or global/international company in a shared services or BPO industry.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and across a global team
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service and Relationship Management
- Responds to inquiries from internal and external partners within 24–48 hours with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Offers outstanding customer service to employees and job candidates
- Develops strong working relationships through timely communication and problem resolution
- Works closely with Operations teams to support business needs

- Generates standard reports with information such as job titles, pay rates, locations, and employment status for Operations
HR Systems and Documentation
- Maintains and updates employee records in HR systems
- Processes employee changes (e.g., promotions, terminations, transfers, status updates) accurately
- Supports HR technology functions like self-service tools, onboarding workflows, password resets, and E-PARs
- Tracks licenses, credentials, and education records across platforms like ProviderTrust (Passport), Samba, Vendor Proof, and ADP
Legal and Compliance
- Coordinates with People & Culture to fulfill formal requests for employee records (e.g., subpoenas, employment verification, board inquiries)
- Ensures compliance with applicable U.S. federal and state labor laws and company policies
Collaboration and Teamwork
- Partners with colleagues and leadership to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Works cross-functionally with departments such as IT, Payroll, Operations, Finance, and Benefits
- Actively participates in team check-ins, performance evaluations, and departmental meetings

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
