The Personal Assistant (PA) provides high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO/President, ensuring efficient management of daily activities, appointments, and special tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage the CEO/President’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

2. Handle confidential and personal matters with utmost discretion.

3. Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

4. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

5. Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.

6. Organize events, engagements, and personal commitments of the CEO.

7. Monitor and manage incoming communications (emails, calls, messages) andrespond as appropriate.

8. Assist in personal errands and lifestyle management.

9. Ensure the CEO’s workspace and files are well-organized and accessible.

10. Coordinate with other departments for urgent requests or projects.

11. Oversee the CEO’s household matters and supervise assigned house helpersand security personnel.

12. Handle preparation of Purchase Orders (POs) for fuel or gas requirements.

13. Handle miscellaneous tasks to support the CEO’s efficiency.

14. Handle confidential and personal matters with utmost discretion
