Job Opportunity: Sales and Marketing Manager
Location: Boracay
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in Boracay. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in driving sales, creating marketing strategies, and building strong client relationships in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
- Oversee promotional campaigns, online marketing, and social media presence.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of local and international hospitality markets.
- Willing to be assigned in Boracay.
