JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the processing of all Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) required documents.
•Coordinates with Purchasing, Sales and Warehouse Department for all PEZA required documents to be processed such as Farm-in (8105), Farm-out (8106), 8101 (Import Permit) and Inter zone form;
•Maintains and control an organize filing system of PEZA documents;
•Preparation of Letter of Authority;
•Coordinates with the Insurance Company for Surety Bond requisition and liquidation;
•Prepare application for Budget necessary for PEZA processing and liquidation of PEZA supplies;
Perform other clerical task for Purchasing Department such as:
•Monitor and update incoming deliveries and Purchase Order issued to suppliers;
•Handles the issuance, monitoring and filing of Statement of Accounts and Delivery Receipts;
•Check and consolidate Sales Invoice from Suppliers prior to submission to Accounting Department for payables;
Adheres to company policies and environmental awareness programs;
•Performs Integrated Management System and Policy directives;
•Maintains 5’S+2 Discipline and good housekeeping in the working area;
Performs other duties that may be assigned in accordance with employee’s competency.
JOB SPECIFICATION AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
•At least six (6) months experience in Logistic document processing and clerical works
•At least 2 years graduate.
•Computer Proficiency and with time management skills
•Good interpersonal communication skills both in oral and written
•Possess pleasing personality, outgoing, friendly, and approachable
•Must be flexible, pro-active, detail-oriented, and highly organized
•Possess sense of urgency and ability to work well under pressure
•Must be hardworking, honest with high integrity and highly motivated
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17,000.00 per month
