Administration (80%)
- Attends to customer queries and receives orders
- Checks customer prescription and endorses to Pharmacist for validation
- Ensures that medicines dispensed are accurately served
- Ensures that customer gives the right payment and given the right change
- Responsible for medicine replenishment for each gondola assigned
- Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of assigned gondolas
- Ensures that all bad stocks are pulled out (damaged, expiring/expired) in her assigned gondola
- Helps in minimizing pilfered items by reporting suspicious behavior not within the norms to authorities.
Communication and Coordination (20%)
- Handles customer queries and minor complaints and elevates major issues to Store Head/ Management Trainee
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned by the immediate head or the Management from time to time
Qualifications:
- Preferably a College graduate of any course
- Graduate of Pharmacy is an advantage but NOT required
- Senior High school graduates are welcome to apply
- Good personality skill
- Must have a customer service skill
