DUTIES:
- Handles incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complains.
- Provides verified dispatch information to customer such as status of the order and tentive delivery rate.
- Coordinate with concerned department or staff like product officer, sales and merchandiser for accurate transaction information and escalat6e critical case to Store Supervisor-Dispatcher or Manager.
- Interview customer and obtain new delivery information for overdue or pending delivery/pickup.
- Logs all service contacts in picklist using speedle system.
Candidate must be:
- With Any 4 years course
- College Graduate
- With good communication skills both verbal and written
- Knowledgeable in customer services principles and practices
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in Ms Office; Word, Excel etc.
- WITH PSA, NBI or POLICE CLEARANCE.
