Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Pre-Construction:
- Collaborate with the Business Development team, Estimating, and Pre-Contracts managers to understand client requirements and seek clarifications on project scope.
- Develop robust project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and construction methodologies.
- Incorporate innovative technologies like 4D planning to optimize construction workflows and timelines.
- Evaluate time-related risks and opportunities during the bid phase.
Project Execution & Monitoring:
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to plans, identifying deviations and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Support Commercial teams in negotiating revised terms, timelines, and contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Investigate delay and disruption events and assist in entitlement claims.
Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain ongoing communication with business heads, project managers, clients, and subcontractors to anticipate project risks and address emerging challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns and propose solutions tailored to client needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent field.
- Approximately 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction project planning.
- Proficiency in planning software such as P6, Asta PP, or Tilos.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Basic understanding of construction contracts, especially in the Philippines or similar regions.
- Effective communication and a willingness to learn about emerging trends in construction planning.
