Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
- Serve orders promptly and ensure accuracy of all items delivered.
- Attend to guests’ needs and inquiries during their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Handle bills and payments accurately.
- Follow company service standards and hygiene protocols.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
