Planning Supervisor

Charoen Pokphand Foods Philippines Corporation operates vertically integrated agro-industrial and food businesses, including livestock (swine, broiler, layer, duck) and aquaculture (shrimp and fish). Our businesses are categorized into three - Feed, Farm and Food and we also operate retail and food outlets across the globe.

Open position for CPF Agro-Industrial Business (Philippines)

Location : Victoria, Palacpalac Tarlac.
We need : (1) One person

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in production planning or supply chain is an advantage.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Computer Literate
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food safety standards is a plus.
• Well organized and does not always require supervision
• Have initiative to decide on critical situations following the company protocols
• Willing to work on extended working

Job Description:

• Must be detail-oriented to support production planning in our food processing plant.
• The role involves coordinating production schedules, managing raw material requirements, and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer
• demands. Prepare and update production plans based on sales forecasts from sale department and update inventory
• stocks. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and purchasing department. Monitor raw material usage and stock levels.
• Analyze data to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.

Pay: From Php17,500.00 per month
