Position: Workforce Manager/Supervisor
Location: Muntinlupa
Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of overall work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role in a BPO setting
- Solid expertise in: Forecasting & capacity planning, scheduling and reporting, statistical analysis, and performance and productivity management
