QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
- Practices food safety program for plant team members.
- At least 3 years hands on experience in Food Manufacturing.
- Candidate must possess at least 2 year(s) of working experience in a food manufacturing set up; or at least with 2 to 3 years Supervisory experience.
- Systematic and organized, has good communication and leadership skills.
- Good analytical ability, sound judgment and decisiveness is a must.
- Plant Location: MTC Plant, San Jose Milaor Camarines Sur.
