Overview
The Platform and Analytics Specialist will assist with daily reporting, platform maintenance, as well as with the day to day system usage of the recruiting team.
Responsibilities
• Extracting, transforming, loading data from multiple web-based tools.• Proficient in MS Excel and Visual Basic (Macros for Excel based tasks)• Support production of regular and special reports for various audiences including vendors• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).• Strong problem solving and analytical skills• Strong understanding of data collection, management, and analysis• Ability to manage multiple projects and is result oriented.• Ability to work in a high-pressure work environment.• Excellent interpersonal skills.• Basic familiarity with monitoring and evaluation tools and principles
Qualifications
- Bachelors with 1-2 years professional experience in call center or operations. Must have familiarity with operational/business metrics
- Strong command over MS Excel and VBA.
- Knowledgeable in using any BI tools/data visualizations (Power BI, Taleo, etc.)
- Experience in recruiting software tools would be a bonus
- Excellent communication skills
