MAJOR:
- Segregate PODs with RUD/discrepancy and coordinate accordingly with Claims Specialist.
- 100% compliance on the established (service level agreement) SLA with client.
- Submit weekly accrual report to Finance.
- Prepare daily monitoring dashboard and submit daily POD monitoring reports
MINOR:
- Collate all POD’s from trucker(s) after delivery.
- Sort, check and validate completion of delivery documents.
- Provide on-site support to accomplish excel data entry for DTM.
- Prepare POD transmittal sheet for submission to Billing Processor (BP).
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course
- Computer proficient and with average communication skills
- Team player, honest and willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Has initiative and can-do attitude
- Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Willing to be assigned at Taguig
