Position: Farm Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Farm Manager who will oversee and manage daily operations in the poultry farm, ensuring high production performance, biosecurity compliance, and effective team supervision. This role is crucial in maintaining animal welfare standards and optimizing farm productivity.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Production, or any related agriculture course
- With at least 3–5 years of experience managing poultry or livestock operations
- In-depth knowledge of poultry health, biosecurity, nutrition, and production systems
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to stay-in and be assigned in Bukidnon
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily farm operations, including feeding, health monitoring, and housing of poultry
- Monitor and analyze farm performance metrics to meet production targets
- Supervise farm personnel and ensure adherence to farm protocols and biosecurity standards
- Coordinate with veterinarians, suppliers, and other departments for smooth farm operations
- Prepare and submit accurate farm reports and inventory data
