Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure materials are properly labeled and match the production order.
- Verify the quality and quantity of materials before mixing.
- Operate mixing equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collect samples for quality assurance tests.
- Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned to prevent cross-contamination.
- Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions promptly.
- Follow all workplace safety regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP standards if in food or pharma.
- Accurately fill out production logs, batch records, and deviation reports.
- Maintain inventory records for raw materials and finished premixes.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Monitor stock levels of premix ingredients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a FEEDS FACTORY, manufacturing or blending environment preferred.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lift 25 KG and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights or weekends as required.
