President (Cold Storage)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategic direction, operational execution, and financial performance of the company.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine regulatory standards (DOLE, BIR, DTI, FDA, DA, DENR).
• Oversee warehouse operations, including temperature control, safety, and inventory integrity.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Drive business development, cost efficiency, and expansion plans in both local and regional markets.
• Represent the company in LGU meetings, regulatory inspections, and industry associations (e.g., Cold Chain Association of the Philippines).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Agriculture, Logistics, or related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, or cold storage (preferably in the Philippines or ASEAN).
• Proven experience in P&L management, operational leadership, and team development.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine permits, LGU regulations, and national compliance requirements.

Technical Competencies

• In-depth knowledge of cold chain operations, HACCP, and food safety compliance.
• Strong financial management skills: BIR tax filings, forecasting, budgeting.
• Understanding of Philippine labor law, payroll, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP platforms.

• Excellent communication skills with internal teams, government agencies, and key stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php140,000.00 - Php220,000.00 per month
