Job Summary

The Pricing Supervisor oversees the design and execution of pricing simulations, manages strategic pricing initiatives, and ensures accurate implementation of customer accounts and rates. They collaborate with Vendor Management to incorporate costs into pricing frameworks and ensure policy compliance. The role involves analyzing pricing models and customer segmentation, mentoring team members, monitoring key metrics, and tracking pricing initiatives. The also lead cross-functional projects, align pricing strategies with process improvements, and provide insights for continuous optimization.

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee the design and execution of pricing simulations to predict outcomes and inform decision-making.
Train and mentor team members on pricing tools, methodologies, and strategic approaches.
Lead cross-functional pricing projects or client analysis, such as launching new rate structures or market-driven adjustments.
Partner with Vendor Management and/or FBP to incorporate vendor costs effectively into pricing frameworks.
Ensure accurate and timely implementation of customer accounts and rates in various systems
Train and mentor team members on pricing tools, methodologies, and strategic approaches.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing or revenue management, preferably in logistics.
