In this role, CSR is responsible for providing assistance to our customers by addressing their inquiries related to eligibility, benefits and claims.
Responsibilities
• Answers questions & resolves issues based on phone calls/letters from members, providers & plan sponsors, categorizing level of priority of requests & coordinating with the appropriate staff.
• Documents & tracks contacts with members, providers & plan sponsors
• Determines applicable coverage provisions & verifies member plan eligibility.
• Associates & explains eligibility and benefits of the member with how the claim or reimbursement is handled or processed.
• Processes correspondence requests depending on the customers’ needs.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• College Level
• Excellent Written and Communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Preferably with healthcare background but no BPO experience required
• Willing to work shifting schedules and onsite
• Able to multitask
• Willing to work in 100% onsite work setup
• Strong understanding of medical terminologies
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
