Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in researching and selecting suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time.
- Help prepare and process purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplier information.
- Communicate with suppliers to address and resolve any issues or delays.
- Support the preparation of procurement reports and related documentation.
- Perform filing, encoding, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Job Qualifications:
- Currently studying Business courses, or a related field.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Eager to learn and work in a team.
