Duties & Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and purchase raw food materials, packaging, and supplies in line with company standards
- Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure best value in terms of quality, price, and delivery
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring reliable supply and adherence to food safety and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to forecast demand accurately
Marketing Collaterals Procurement:
- Liase with the marketing team to understand the requirements for printed materials (brochures, flyers, menus), branded items, and promotional products
- Source vendors and manage the procurement of marketing collaterals, ensuring brands consistency and timely delivery
- Coordinate with designers and suppliers to ensure quality and adherence to brand guidelines
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply Chian Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the food industry
- Exposure to purchasing marketing collateral or work closely with the marketing teams
- Familiarity with the food safety standards, shelf-life requirements and import regulations (if applicable)
- Proficient in procurement software [eg. Oracale, SAP, or similar)
