Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
- Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate account.
- Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.
- Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential supplier.
- Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications.
- Monitor in-house inventory movement and complete inventory transfer forms for bookkeeping purposes.
- Respond to supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
- Locate suppliers, using sources such as catalogs and the internet, and interview them to gather information about products to be ordered.
- Other purchasing duties
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree/Vocational Degree. Preferrably graduate of Engineering or Automotive.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- General knowledge of Heavy Equipment's parts and accessories.
- Preferably a resident of Quezon City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
