. Procurement Responsibilities a.
Sourcing and Purchasing - Identify and source suppliers for items and services, negotiate prices, and purchase materials or services required by the organization.
Vendor Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring consistent quality, timely delivery, and cost-effective solutions. c.
Supplier Evaluation - Assess and evaluate potential suppliers based on criteria such as reliability, quality, price, and service. d.
Contract Management - Negotiate, review, and manage contracts with suppliers and service providers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Inventory Management - Oversee inventory levels, ensuring the organization has adequate stock of materials without overstocking or running out.
Cost Control - Monitor and control procurement-related expenditures, ensuring purchases align with budget constraints.
Procurement Planning - Develop and implement procurement strategies and plans in line with the organization's needs and objectives.
Compliance and Reporting - Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards. Prepare reports on procurement activities for president.
