Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our roasting team and head baristas to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new coffee products, ensuring successful product launches.This includes but not limited to our coffee beans and coffee capsules.
- Ensure timeline launch of coffee products across all relevant channels
- Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions based on customer insights and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with the roasting team to ensure alignment of coffee information across all stakeholders, internally and externally
- Manage product lifecycles, including packaging, pricing strategies, and product optimization.
- Create compelling marketing content, including product descriptions, promotional materials, and digital campaigns.
- Lead initiatives for online and offline promotions, working with retail and e-commerce partners to drive sales.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Partner with the sales team to develop training materials and sales tools that support product knowledge and promotion.
- Monitor and report on product performance metrics, optimizing campaigns and product offerings as necessary.
Job Specification/s:
- At least 3 years in specialty coffee with a role focused on coffee, roasting or brewing or teaching
- A deep understanding of coffee industry trends and customer preference
- Able to communicate effectively with external stakeholders and internal departments
