👋 What are our wishes?
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software QA/testing, with at least 1 year in Ivalua or similar procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, Zycus, Coupa, etc.).
- Experience in test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, or Ivalua Test Framework, if applicable).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Ivalua platform architecture, data model, and scripting.
- Understanding of procurement processes (e.g., sourcing, supplier onboarding, invoicing).
- ISTQB or similar QA certification is a plus.
- Experience testing REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
- Minimum General Experience: 5-10 Minimum
- Specific Experience (relevant to assignment): 5 Years
Reporting and Coordination
- For the provision of staff augmentation services, the Agency Personnel will take instructions from the Manager at the Information Technology Department and work closely with the project team, internal and external stakeholders.
- The Agency Personnel will provide any other services as required by the team and the client's ITD supervisor or user unit.

About the Role:
The ITOP (Information Technology Operations) of the client will be implementing a large-scale digital transformation, modernization and delivery CMS which serves as a source to pay, spend management and supplier advertisement, procurement system.
The implementation of a modern procurement system shall enable the end-to-end procurement of client-administered consulting services, goods, and non-consulting services, along with enhanced support for borrower-administered procurement of consulting services.
Scope of Work/Responsibilities
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Test Engineer to support quality assurance for our Ivalua platform implementation and ongoing enhancements. This role will focus on test planning, execution, and automation for the product modules (such as Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, and Procurement), ensuring functional stability, user acceptance, and system performance. The ideal candidate has experience in software testing within enterprise procurement, supply chain or ERP system and is comfortable working in cross-functional, agile teams.
Detailed Tasks and/or Expected Output:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for procurement product platform configurations, enhancements, and integrations.
- Conduct manual and automated testing across modules including P2P, Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Information Management.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
- Log defects, verify fixes, and perform regression testing as needed.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including environment preparation, data seeding, and coordination.
- Contributes to the creation of reusable test scripts and documentation for continuous testing and future regression cycles.
- Ensure testing aligns with quality standards, security protocols, and system performance benchmarks.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) and provide testing status updates.
- Maintain testing artifacts in tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.

- Manila-based resource
- Reporting to client HQ (Onsite work) in Ortigas at least 3x a week. If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ for more than 3 times, compliance is mandatory.
