Production Coordinator – Job Description
The Production Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of daily production operations by coordinating between different departments, monitoring schedules, and maintaining communication across teams. The role ensures that resources, manpower, and materials are efficiently allocated to meet production targets, quality standards, and client deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate daily production schedules in line with customer orders and company deadlines.
- Act as the central communication point between production staff, management, and other departments (e.g., Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Logistics).
- Monitor production output, ensure quality standards are met, and identify issues or delays that may affect timelines.
- Coordinate with inventory and purchasing teams to ensure availability of raw materials, inks, fabrics, and supplies needed for printing.
- Prepare and maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in resolving workflow or manpower concerns by reallocating resources when necessary.
- Support compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Work closely with supervisors and department heads to ensure production efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Provide reports and updates to management and assist in strategic planning for production requirements.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of textile printing processes and production flow (preferred but trainable).
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and production-related software/tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
