Job Summary
A Production Supervisor in the food industry oversees daily operations to ensure efficient, safe, and quality food production. They manage teams, monitor workflows, and address any production issues. Their responsibilities include adhering to safety and quality standards, providing training, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Job Requirements:
Must be a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or any related business course
At least 1 year of production supervisory experience in the food industry
Required Skills:
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), GHP, HACCP , FSSC and other food safety certifications
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
