MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

Oversee the operations of production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Raw material inventory and planning.
Production planning, timeline and monitoring.
Trouble shooting in production related to output and quality of the product.
Submission of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Production Reports, BRM to Site Head
ISO documentation, GMP implementation / other audit preparation.
Material balancing and production materials stock monitoring.
Coordination of daily production, quality control and maintenance reports in order to improve over all operation
Evaluate and plan appropriate training for employees to improve work performance.
Assist in new trail.
Establish/Implement/Comply to GMP, HACCP, & FSSC policies & SOPs.
Establish/Implement/Comply to Waste Management (Solid & Hazardous) policies & SOPs.
Establish/Implement/Comply to OSHAS policies & SOPs.
Establish/Implement/Comply to Energy Management policies & SOPs.
Establish/Implement/Comply to regulatory & statutory regulations with regards to business.
Perform other related task as necessity may require.

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree of any Engineering course.
Atleast with 5 years experience as Production Manager in any manufacturing company.
Knowledge of injection molding or any manufacturing industry
Able to perform trouble shooting in production activities and improve plant performance
Excellent organizational and leaderships skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
