We are looking for a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR!
The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety guidelines are consistently met. This role is responsible for managing production staff, monitoring workflows, and coordinating with other departments to achieve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of work experience as a production supervisor in any manufacturing industry. Preferred if from a Japanese manufacturer.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, operations, safety protocols, quality standards, planning, and scheduling.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Peza, Cavite, from Monday to Saturday, and day shift.
