- At least 2–5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations (preferably in a supervisory role).
- Strong background in process improvement, production planning, and workforce supervision.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with production equipment and preventive maintenance.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and production-related software.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
