MUST be an IE graduate with 1-2 years in IE field
He/she must be able to generate demand projection for all materials. He/she must establish MRP for all materials (monthly and annual). He/she develops and reviews monthly material requirement and ensures that monthly projections are accurate and he/she also monitors material inventory and movements.
- has effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
The planning specialist must possess these set of competencies from proficient to advanced level:
- Material resource management
- Demand management and forecasting
- Stock management
- Kaizen management
