Shift Schedule: Night Shift
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and oversee nightly production operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality standards
- Monitor production schedules and allocate manpower and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and food safety regulations
- Conduct or assist in Time and Motion Studies (TMS) to analyze production efficiency and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and submit regular production reports to management
- Train, coach, and mentor production staff to achieve performance goals
- Coordinate with other departments (QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, HR) to ensure smooth workflow
Education Background
- College Graduate, preferably with a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a meat processing, manufacturing, or production environment
- Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and perform basic manual data recording
- Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, and production-related systems)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, especially Time and Motion Studies (TMS)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle shifting priorities
- Willing to work on night shift schedules
