About the Role
The Program Associate – Academic Partnerships will support the growth of our training and certification programs by developing and maintaining strong relationships with academic institutions and partner organizations. This role combines client-facing responsibilities with strategic program support, helping ensure our services align with the goals and needs of our institutional partners.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Partner Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and partners.
- Maintain regular communication with partners through email, meetings, and networking events.
- Serve as a point of contact for partner institutions, addressing inquiries and coordinating timely solutions.
- Organize and participate in meetings and presentations to discuss goals, program updates, and collaboration opportunities.
- Seek client and partner feedback to support continuous improvement.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to exceed sales targets.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Assist in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding academic partners and authorized training providers.
- Support the development and execution of partnership agreements, proposals, and program presentations.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, graphics, technical, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client and partner experience.
Research & Strategy
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and feedback from clients and partners.
- Refine sales and partnership strategies based on insights and performance data.
Reporting & Documentation
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
- Track and record partner activity, engagement metrics, and performance throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all communications, agreements, and progress in internal databases.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in academic partnerships, training services, or client success is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work cross-functionally with internal teams
- Familiarity with CRM tools, reporting systems, or partnership management is an advantage
