The primary responsibility of the Admin Associate to receive, record, file and organize incoming/ outgoing documents, arranges appointments for the people concern, answer inquiries and relay messages to the person concerned and collect records.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the field of discipline
- Preferably with at least 6 months experience
- Keen to organizing documents
- With excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Must be of good moral character
- Proficient in computer applications
