Position Overview:
The Project Assistant provides administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize project documentation, files, and reports.
- Ensure that all project logistics (e.g. supplies, permits, reservations) are arranged.
- Perform administrative support such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Monitor project progress and update status report.
- Support budget tracking and expense monitoring under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and other project-related materials.
- Perform duties as assigned in support of project goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
