Are you passionate about community development, behavior change, and fieldwork? AHA! Behavioral Design is looking for a Project Coordinator based in Iloilo City to lead the on-ground implementation of social and behavioral change projects. You'll coordinate day-to-day project activities, engage with community stakeholders, and conduct interviews that shape real-time strategies and learning tools.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Implementation & Coordination
- Manage daily project execution aligned with workplans and deliverables
- Organize logistics for field visits, sessions, and partner meetings
- Monitor task progress and escalate issues when needed
- Submit regular reports and updates
- Handle petty cash and field expenses, including proper documentation
2. Community Engagement
- Mobilize participants for sessions and dialogues
- Build relationships with local leaders and stakeholders
- Document community stories and feedback
- Serve as the project’s public-facing representative on the ground
3. Research & Fieldwork
- Conduct qualitative interviews and focus group discussions
- Ensure ethical and well-documented data collection
- Support insight synthesis (e.g., thematic coding, key findings)
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain organized trackers, field logs, and research notes
- Draft field reports and meeting summaries
- Assist in creating decks and briefs for internal or external sharing
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course, ideally in Community Development, Social Sciences, Development Communication, or related fields
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience in project coordination or community-based research
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with qualitative research (interviews, FGDs)
- Tech-savvy: proficient in Google Workspace, Zoom, Messenger, etc.
- Must be based in Iloilo City
- Personal laptop required; motorcycle ownership is a strong plus
- Willing to travel and work in field conditions

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
