Job Function
The Project Coordinator provides administrative and technical support to ensure smooth implementation of construction projects. They assist the project team in planning, monitoring, and coordinating site activities, ensuring that schedules, resources, and documentation are properly managed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of work progress.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Prepare, update, and maintain project documentation such as reports, permits, contracts, and schedules.
- Track material requests and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Help resolve issues or delays by facilitating communication between site and office teams.
- Maintain accurate records and filing of construction-related documents.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
Ability to prepare progress reports, documentation, presentations
Strong organizational and coordination skills and can work under pressure
Preferably with good verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 per month
