Qualifications:
1. Skill requirement should fit for the position as Project Coordinator. Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Has constrution background particularly on doing HVAC System installation.
3.Demonstrated expertise in HVAC design, installation, and maintenance for both residential and commercial projects.
4. Experience in efficiently managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, contractors, and team members.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing challenges effectively on the job site.
7. Proficiency in negotiating contracts, managing change orders, and resolving disputes.
8. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
9. Well-versed in documentation management, including contracts, permits, and reports.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Team Management and Supervision:
- Conduct field monitoring to ensure all site RFIs (Requests for Information) are addressed, and that all necessary documentation is processed and provided.
2. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Ensure that all project-related documents are properly filed and stored for future reference.
- Secure proper submission of documentation, review and validate its content, and ensure every detail is approved as required.
- Someone who will work on change order as well as project progress report
3. Supply and Equipment Management:
- Ensure that all required equipment is checked and validated according to site specifications.
- Order and process equipment for installation, ensuring vendor communication aligns with project specifications.
- Verify that all items required for the site are delivered as per the specifications and coordinate with field personnel.
- Validate equipment reports in accordance with the pre-functional checklist.
- Ensure the commissioning checklist is complete and accurate for each project.
