Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating on-site HVAC construction activities.
- Lead the on-site team to ensure proper execution and timely completion of the project.
- Prepare necessary materials before construction and communicate with property management.
- Coordinate with property management during and after construction to support smooth operations.
- Collect and organize construction data and assist in project acceptance and turnover processes.
- Report project progress, issues, and escalate concerns to management as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of VRF systems and/or water-cooled systems.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing or handling HVAC projects.
- Basic project management skills are an advantage.
- Ability to diagnose and provide preliminary solutions for air-conditioning faults.
- Skilled in resolving common HVAC equipment and system failures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HVAC design standards (e.g., ASHRAE) and local safety codes.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Willing to be assigned to project sites, including remote or extended project locations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
